Trained Psychologist – Volunteer / Paid Opportunities
Responsibilities:
We are looking for trained psychologists to provide psychosocial support to underserved youth in the Malleswaram area during weekends. The role involves:

Conducting one-on-one and group counseling sessions to support students’ emotional and mental well-being

Facilitating life skills and mental health awareness sessions tailored to the needs of adolescents

Creating a safe, non-judgmental environment for students to express themselves and seek guidance
-
Collaborating with the DSF team to identify students in need of support and plan appropriate interventions
-
Maintaining confidentiality and documentation of sessions as per ethical guidelines
-
Submitting brief progress updates or reports to the DSF team as required
-
Contributing to the broader mission of mental wellness and youth empowerment in underserved communities
Selected candidates will report to the Programme Manager at DSF.
Qualifications:

A Master’s degree in Psychology (Clinical, Counseling, or related specialization)

A minimum of one year of experience in counseling or mental health-related fields

Passion for youth mental well-being and community engagement

Strong communication skills in English and Kannada
-
Availability to work on weekends
Compensation:
Opportunities available on a volunteer basis or with stipend-based compensation, depending on candidate availability and experience.Application Process:
