Dr. Hanumantha was a DSF-student for 10 years, joining us when he was in Class 8 from Govt. Kannada School in Yeshwanthpur. A son of not so educated but very supportive parents, his thirst for learning was evident from day one. He displayed tremendous grit and determination at the Pre-University level when he took an extra year to secure a good NEET rank and a coveted medical seat in the well-known Kasturba Medical College, Mangalore. He was awarded full scholarship from DSF.

After completing his MBBS, Hanumantha is currently pursuing his MS from Mysore Medical College
