Programme Manager – School Transformation

The Programme Manager will support the planning & implementation of Government Schools’ Transformation programme activities of DSF in Karnataka.

Responsibilities:

• Manage DSF’s School programmes in Karnataka
• Ensure PME of programmes and reports as per requirement of donors / funding agencies
• Work closely with all stakeholders including govt authorities, donors, target communities, volunteers etc
• Manage & implement programme – budgets, timelines & teams
• Provide technical insight to the implementation of activities that support scaling up of the programmes
• Contribute towards the development of new growth opportunities for DSF for increase in no. of beneficiaries across new geographies and location

Qualification:

A Post Graduate/Graduate degree with 4-8 years hands-on experience in Programme Management from the Development sector. Excellent communication skills in English & Kannada .

Should have strong communication skills that will enable him/ her to effectively manage the program & build impactful relationships with all stakeholders.

Willing to travel outside Bangalore to project sites when required.
