Dr. Hanumantha, a DSF-student for 10 years completed his MBBS from the Kasturba Medical College, Mangalore and is currently pursuing his internship at the hospital where number of Covid cases being reported daily is on high riseHanumantha, a highly motivated enthusiastic boy, joined DSF in his 8th grade from a Govt. Kannada school in Yeshwantpur, Bangalore. A son of not so educated but very supportive parents, his thirst for learning was evident from Day One.
Hanumantha, displayed tremendous grit and determination at the Pre-university level when he took an extra year to secure a good NEET rank and a coveted medical seat in the well-known Kasturba Medical College, Mangalore. He was awarded full scholarship from DSF and it has been a gruelling 5 years on his way to be a medical professional serving the community as he gives his best at the covid ward at the hospital today!
